I've spent 18 years in iGaming, 12 of them running my own online casino and bingo brands across grey and regulated markets. I had full P&L responsibility, and it was my money on the line every month, so the business had to work. I covered the CEO, COO and CFO jobs myself, with a small core team and a bench of partners for platform, payments and acquisition.

My background is technical. I was CTO at Active Hotels through its £90m sale to Priceline, after which it became part of Booking.com. In iGaming, I was acting CTO at Winzingo, one of Spain's first online bingo operators, which later became part of 32Red. Alongside my own brands, I spent eight years building and running a free-to-play bingo platform for Partouche, one of France's largest casino groups.

Since 2023 I've worked with operators and startups as a consultant or fractional COO. That means launching new brands, fixing underperforming ones, and setting up the CRM and retention that keeps players depositing after the welcome bonus.
